  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Any promotions or discounts are valid for a limited time only.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received.
  • We accept online payments through secure payment gateways.
  • Hair by PrettyKay reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We use PostNet Door-to-Door for deliveries.
  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Hair by PrettyKay is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of hair products and for hygiene reasons:

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be given for products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
